This Policy sets out how personal data of users of this website (the "Site") is processed when submitting a request for B2B meetings with exhibiting companies of the Russian national exposition at the ISM Middle East 2026 exhibition.
The company is registered in the Russian Federation and processes personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
When you fill in the request form on the Site, we collect:
Personal data is processed solely to organize and schedule B2B meetings with exhibiting companies at ISM Middle East 2026, to communicate with the applicant, and to provide information about participation terms.
Processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject's consent, given when the form is submitted on the Site (by checking the consent checkbox), in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
The following operations are performed on personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (disclosure, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction — both with and without the use of automation tools.
Request data may be shared with the exhibiting companies selected by the user in the form, solely for the purpose of arranging a meeting. Data is not shared with any other third parties and is not used for marketing mailings without separate consent. No cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out.
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to organize activities related to ISM Middle East 2026 and to comply with legal requirements, but no longer than 3 years from the date the request was submitted. Upon expiry of the retention period, data is destroyed or depersonalized.
The Controller takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, disclosure, and other unlawful actions by third parties, in accordance with Art. 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Data submitted through the form is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only authorized employees of the Controller have access to the data.
The Site does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The selected interface language is remembered using the browser's local storage (localStorage) — this data is not transmitted to the Controller and does not constitute personal data.
You may withdraw your consent to personal data processing at any time, request information about the data being processed, or request correction, blocking or deletion, by sending a request to info@im-gr.ru. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the Controller's actions or omissions with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) or in court.
